According to the police report, the deceased's brother, Muhammad Sufiad Son of Riaz Khan of Gujarat Bakhshali told the Chora police station in his report that I came to Mardan in connection with private work, it was reported that brother Masood was shot dead by his brother Asfandyar,who was shot in the house.
The cause was going on between the accused Asfandyar and the deceased Masood, House purchase and sale dispute was going on,
Police have registered a case against the victim's brother and started investigation.
