MARDAN: Regional Police Officer (RPO) Mardan Region Rab-Nawaz Khan On Friday visited District Bar Room Mardan along with District Police Officer(DPO) Mardan Masood Ahmed.Where District Bar Association (DBA) Mardan President Asif Iqbal and General Secretary Zulfiqar Khan and other lawyers were met.

During the meeting, issues of mutual interest, rule of law, delivery of justice and the overall situation of law and order were discussed in detail.

Speaking on this occasion, RPO Mardan Rab-Nawaz Khan said that mutual cooperation between police and lawyers is very important for the establishment of a peaceful and civilized society. 

He said that the role of lawyers community is key in the rule of law and timely delivery of justice.Appreciating the positive and constructive role of lawyers, he also assured to continue close contacts in the future.

DPO Mardan Masood Ahmed said that police and the lawyers are working towards the same goal, i.e. to provide justice and security to the people.He said that peace and order can be improved only through joint efforts and mutual trust.And in this regard, the cooperation of the lawyers community is valuable.

Finally, the lawyers and bar officials of the District Bar Room thanked RPO Mardan and DPO Mardan for visiting and promoting mutual relations.While expressing his determination that cooperation with the police will be continued for the rule of law and the establishment of peace
