MARDAN: Director General (DG) Rescue 1122, headed by Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Muhammad Tayab Abdullah and under the supervision of District Emergency Officer (DEO) Syed Shoaib Mansoor, is busy day and night in the service of the people.
According to Syed Abbas Ali Shah,Media Coordinator of Rescue 1122 Mardan, Rescue 1122 took place in the last month, a total of 2,359 cases occurred.During the last month, Rescue 1122 Mardan received a total of 39,886 calls.357 road traffic accidents while 1,829 medical accidents occurred.
Rescue 1122 provided services to save the lives and property of the people in 26 fire accidents.90 incidents of falling or other miscellaneous occurred.51 incidents of firing, fighting and crime occurred.The roof of the sinking and 03 houses occurred.In the accidents, 90 people lost their lives on the spot or when they arrived at the hospital.
Rescue 1122 provided timely medical help to 2,304 people and shifted them to different hospitals.Health referral ambulance service served in a total of 348 emergencies.
During 334 emergencies through the Health Ambulance Service, patients were shifted from one hospital to another while patients were shifted to the hospital in 14 emergencies.
